In 1919, Forrest F. Musselman established Musselman Realty Company in an effort to meet the residential and commercial real estate needs of the rapidly growing East Lansing Community. Stressing personal, professional and friendly attention to client's needs, Musselman Realty became known for providing service beyond the sale, a tradition which continues with his grandson David S. Ledebuhr who joined the company in 1986 as broker and owner.|
